Job Purpose
RIT Dubai is currently seeking applications from exceptional candidates for a lecturer position in Philosophy starting in the Fall semester of 2026. RIT Dubai is looking for a highly qualified, motivated, and enthusiastic individual. The successful candidate will be expected to teach introductory courses in Islamic Culture.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Masters in Philosophy from an accredited university.
* Previous teaching experience.
* Ability to teach a wide range of courses in Philosophy including but not limited to:
- PHIL102 – Introduction to Moral Issues
- PHIL201 – Ancient Philosophy
- PHIL202 – Foundations of Moral Philosophy
- PHIL203 – Modern Philosophy
- PHIL205 – Symbolic Logic
* Excellent communication skills.
