Miami Dade College, one of the largest and most diverse institution of higher education in the nation is accepting applications for the position of Adjunct Faculty, Japanese.
This Adjunct Faculty member has the primary responsibility of instruction in the classroom for students enrolled in Japanese courses, as well as ensuring the success and retention of students while maintaining high academic standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Building a positive rapport with students and faculty
Preparation of lectures, projects or other student assignments
Presenting instruction based on the competencies and performance levels of the course
Uses knowledge of diverse communities and learning styles and has the ability to incorporate diversity of delivery of such learning styles in instruction
Master’s degree in discipline or a Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution and 18 graduate credit hours in discipline from an accredited institution.
