The Department of Communication at the University of Kentucky invites applications for a full-time lecturer. The nine-month contract begins August 16, 2019 and ends May 15, 2020, and contracts are renewable for additional terms. A Master’s degree in Communication required, and a Ph.D. preferred.
Duties include a 4/4 teaching load at the lower-division level, such as interpersonal communication, persuasive speaking, and/or organizational communication.
The Department of Communication is in the College of Communication and Information, with master’s and doctoral programs in communication and master’s in library science and information communication technology. The College offers undergraduate programs in communication, journalism, media arts and studies, integrated strategic communication, and information communication technology.
