Expertise: My research interests are broadly concentrated in bioarchaeology and human biology with specialized teaching and research interests in health and disease in the past. I have examined health related phenomena in archaeological skeletal samples representing the Archaic in the American Southeast, proto-historic and historic periods in the American Northeast, as well as the Neolithic in Anatolia.
