  • 3-year Visiting Assistant Professor of Spanish (0.8 FTE)

    We seek a person with a demonstrated ability to teach language courses at all levels, from beginning Spanish to intermediate composition and conversation courses. This position helps to support a dynamic and robust language curriculum that leans on the pedagogical skills and research expertise of our departmental faculty. This position is open to skilled language instructors who will have completed a PhD in literary or cultural studies or a closely related field by August 2026. The position requires teaching 4 courses per year, an ongoing program of research, and the willingness to contribute to the intellectual life of the college.
