The School of Humanities invites outstanding academics to apply for faculty positions in philosophy at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Full Professor.

NTU’s philosophy programme offers a Major and Minor in Philosophy. It is a postgraduate degree programme, with both MA and PhD students, and our degree programmes have a strong record of job placement. NTU philosophy faculty have particular strengths in ethics, Chinese philosophy, and philosophy of science. We welcome applicants who are working in the programme’s strengths, and we aim to develop new research strengths. We also welcome applicants who are working in other areas such as metaphysics, epistemology, philosophy of mind, philosophy of language, history of philosophy, political philosophy, philosophy of technology, and digital humanities.
