The Department of Religious Studies at Westmont College invites applications for a tenure track assistant or associate professor position in Old Testament, effective Fall of 2023. Applicants with a completed (or very soon to be completed) PhD in Old Testament will be considered. The successful candidate must have experience teaching elementary Hebrew grammar and Introduction to Old Testament, preferably at the undergraduate level. A record of excellence in teaching a diverse student body and expertise in supporting student learning are required for this position.
