The Department of Communication at the University of Kentucky invites applications for an Instructor beginning Spring 2019 for a one year contract.
Duties include a 4/4 academic year teaching load and online course development during summer. Courses include introduction to communication, interpersonal communication, persuasive speaking, and/or organizational/health/mass communication.
The position carries a non-negotiable starting salary of $45,000, some professional development support, and access to University of Kentucky benefits.
The Department of Communication is in the College of Communication and Information with master’s and doctoral programs in communication, information science, and information communication technology. The College offers undergraduate programs in communication, journalism, media arts and studies, integrated strategic communication, and information communication technology.
