Wellesley College seeks applications for a full-time, tenure-track assistant professorship in Nineteenth-century U.S. History.

Research specialization is open.

Teaching coverage of essential nineteenth-century developments is expected.

Teaching load is 2 - 2.

Candidate should have Ph.D. by start of appointment, in September 2010.
