Under the direction of the Director, the Managing Assistant Director III assists with the planning and management of the programing in the HRC; develops policies and procedures; manages the implementation of the ID1800 dual-credit course in public schools throughout New Jersey, including the drafting of contracts, recruitment of teachers, student registration and grade recording; promotes membership to and markets the Diversity Council to new school districts; and does related work as required. This position requires travel and a flexible schedule including evening and weekend hours.
Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited college with a Bachelor’s degree and two years of professional experience in an institution of higher education or a related field is required. Specific experience with Holocaust awareness education and diversity initiatives is desired. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
